Terms of Service
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SiteSEOAudit, including the website at siteseoaudit.com, user accounts, SEO audit tools, reports and related features.
SiteSEOAudit is operated by Sergiy Kravchuk, an individual based in Ukraine.
By accessing or using SiteSEOAudit, creating an account, submitting a website for analysis, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SiteSEOAudit.
1. SiteSEOAudit Service
SiteSEOAudit is a web-based SEO auditing platform designed to analyze websites and provide automated information about technical, on-page and other SEO-related factors.
Features may include:
- URL and website crawling;
- SEO health analysis;
- technical SEO checks;
- on-page SEO checks;
- issue prioritization;
- audit reports;
- recommendations;
- fix queues;
- re-scans;
- before-and-after comparisons;
- other website optimization tools.
Specific features and limits depend on the plan or product selected.
SiteSEOAudit may add, modify or discontinue features as the platform develops.
2. Automated SEO Analysis
SiteSEOAudit reports are generated using automated software and technical rules.
Audit results and recommendations are provided for informational and optimization purposes.
Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information, SiteSEOAudit does not guarantee that:
- every SEO issue will be detected;
- every detected issue is necessarily harmful;
- every recommendation will apply to every website;
- search engines will interpret a website in the same way as SiteSEOAudit;
- implementing a recommendation will improve rankings or traffic;
- audit information will always be complete or error-free.
Search engines, websites, technologies and ranking systems change frequently.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.
3. Permission to Audit Websites
By submitting a URL or website to SiteSEOAudit, you represent that:
- you own the website; or
- you manage the website; or
- you have authorization to analyze the website; or
- you otherwise have a lawful basis to perform the requested analysis.
SiteSEOAudit is designed to analyze publicly accessible website information and technical signals.
You must not use SiteSEOAudit to intentionally access restricted systems, bypass security measures, perform unauthorized vulnerability testing, disrupt another website, or conduct unlawful activity.
4. Accounts
Some SiteSEOAudit features may require an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- maintain the security of your credentials;
- keep your login information confidential;
- promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access;
- be responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not sell, transfer or provide your account to another person in a manner that violates these Terms or the applicable plan conditions.
5. Free Service
SiteSEOAudit may provide free audits or other free functionality.
Free features may have limitations including:
- number of URLs analyzed;
- number of audits;
- crawl limits;
- report availability;
- saved history;
- re-scan limits;
- feature availability.
We may change reasonable limits applicable to free features as the service develops.
Providing a free feature does not create an obligation to provide that feature indefinitely.
6. Paid Products and Plans
SiteSEOAudit may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, usage-based products or other paid features.
The applicable:
- price;
- billing period;
- included features;
- usage limits;
- renewal conditions;
will be displayed before purchase.
By purchasing a paid product, you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout.
7. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
Where SiteSEOAudit checkout is provided through Creem, the payment transaction is processed by Creem.
Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller for purchases processed through its checkout.
For such transactions, Creem is responsible for functions including:
- collecting and processing payment;
- issuing the customer invoice;
- calculating and handling applicable VAT, sales tax or other indirect taxes;
- providing payment-related customer portal functionality;
- performing applicable payment fraud prevention activities.
The final amount, including applicable taxes where relevant, will be shown during checkout.
A purchase processed through Creem may also be subject to Creem's applicable Buyer Terms.
SiteSEOAudit remains responsible for providing and supporting the SiteSEOAudit product itself.
8. Subscriptions and Renewal
If you purchase a recurring subscription, the applicable billing interval and price will be shown before checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled.
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the payment provider's available customer management functionality or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally terminate access that has already been paid for during the current billing period.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
9. Refunds
If you experience a technical problem with a paid SiteSEOAudit product, contact support@siteseoaudit.com before initiating a payment dispute.
Refund requests may be considered where, for example:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- a payment was made but the purchased functionality was not delivered because of a verified technical failure;
- SiteSEOAudit was materially unable to provide the purchased product;
- a refund is required by applicable law.
Because SiteSEOAudit provides digital services and automated audit results that may be generated or made available immediately after purchase, refunds are not automatically guaranteed merely because a customer no longer wishes to use an already delivered audit or feature.
Where a transaction was processed through Creem, refunds and chargebacks for that transaction are technically processed through Creem in accordance with applicable procedures and law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. EU Consumer Rights
Consumers located in the European Union may have statutory rights relating to online purchases.
For certain digital content or digital services delivered immediately, applicable law may permit delivery to begin before the end of a statutory withdrawal period where the consumer expressly requests or consents to immediate performance and acknowledges any resulting effect on the right of withdrawal.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, those rules take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
11. Professional and Implementation Services
Automated SiteSEOAudit products do not include manual implementation, website development, consulting or remediation work unless explicitly stated.
If professional implementation or other custom services are requested, those services may be offered separately and may be subject to separate scope, pricing, payment arrangements and terms.
Purchasing an automated SiteSEOAudit plan does not automatically include manual SEO work on your website.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiteSEOAudit to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- access systems or data without authorization;
- circumvent website security measures;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- interfere with SiteSEOAudit infrastructure;
- perform denial-of-service activity;
- intentionally overload third-party websites;
- scrape or analyze websites in an abusive or unlawful manner;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract SiteSEOAudit source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- resell or redistribute SiteSEOAudit access in violation of your applicable plan.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect SiteSEOAudit, our users, third parties or platform security.
13. Intellectual Property
SiteSEOAudit software, interface, design, branding, original text, reports, scoring systems, workflows and other original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of information and materials that you lawfully provide to SiteSEOAudit.
Third-party website content analyzed by SiteSEOAudit remains the property of its respective owners.
14. License to Use SiteSEOAudit
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, SiteSEOAudit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purposes.
This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute SiteSEOAudit software or proprietary functionality unless expressly authorized.
15. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep SiteSEOAudit available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security work;
- hosting or infrastructure failures;
- third-party service interruptions;
- internet failures;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify SiteSEOAudit as necessary to improve functionality, security or reliability.
16. Third-Party Services
SiteSEOAudit may rely on or integrate with third-party services.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or acts of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their separate terms and policies.
17. No Guarantee of SEO Results
SiteSEOAudit does not guarantee:
- specific Google or other search engine rankings;
- traffic increases;
- revenue increases;
- indexation;
- recovery from search engine penalties;
- successful implementation of recommendations;
- any particular commercial result.
SEO performance depends on many factors outside SiteSEOAudit's control.
18. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSEOAudit is provided on an “as available” basis.
Automated audit information should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before making changes to a production website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSEOAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of revenue, search rankings, traffic, data or business opportunities.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, SiteSEOAudit's liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- these Terms are materially violated;
- the service is used unlawfully;
- fraudulent or abusive activity is detected;
- platform or third-party security is threatened;
- payment obligations remain unresolved;
- continued access would expose SiteSEOAudit or others to legal or security risk.
You may stop using SiteSEOAudit at any time.
Cancellation or termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when SiteSEOAudit functionality, business practices, legal requirements or payment arrangements change.
The updated Terms will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or consent will be requested.
22. Governing Rules
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator of SiteSEOAudit, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where a user resides.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
